Happy 4th

Today is the fourth of July. My favorite day of the summer. Yesterday My friend Mike and his wife Anna had their first child. This is just a great time of the year. I hope everyone celebrates our freedom and thanks all those who made and keep it possible.
Our Founding Fathers all faced the same fate as the troops in the field. A traitors death. At one time our leaders accepted responsibility for the decisions they made. Can we say the same today?
In our current conflict the left says get out now. Our democrat leaders want a slow pull out. The Right says win the war and our Republican leader seem to just want to hold on and will not allow our troops to crush those who want to kill us. Our troops can win this war, our military leaders know how to conduct this war, and our people want to remain free. Untie our warriors hands and let them do their job or bring them home now. The two options congress gives us are just wrong. Demand we allow our troops to win.
Freedom is the greatest gift. God gave us freedom of choice and when we doomed ourselves he gave us freedom from sin through his son. Our country has fought to not only remain free but bring freedom to the world.
Enjoy this day, celebrate freedom, remember those who made it possible and continue this work today, and choice to be an American.

Today is a day that all red blooded Americans should love. 231 years ago some very brave men came together to begin the march towards freedom. We shoud continue to do as the signers of the Declaration of Independenced pledged to do in the last line "we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." If we will pledge the same, America will be as strong today as it ever has been.
